Wrightwood Dentistry was founded in 1991 by Dr. Chau D. D. S. with the vision of creating a dental practice that treats every patient with dignity and first-rate care.
In January 2013, Dr. Shon D. D. S. took over Wrightwood Dentistry and began as the treating doctor of dentistry for Wrightwood Dentistry. Dr. Shon earned his degree in Biological Sciences at UC Irvine then completed his D. D. S. at UCLA School of Dentistry. Since 2004, Dr. Shon has completed over two hundred hours of continuing education each and every year. Dr. Chau highly recommends Dr. Shon to her former patients and wants to reassure them that "His education and experience in restorative, cosmetic and general dentistry enables Dr. Shon to offer complete, comprehensive dental care to patients."
With the nurses and office staff at Dr. Shon's Wrightwood Dentistry, patients are treated by a highly-trained and exceptionally friendly dentistry team. Our team understand that for many, visiting a doctor can be a stressful experience. Our comfortable surroundings and compassionate dental professionals will ease your fears. Please let us know if you have a particular fear or a situation that we need to be aware of before scheduling a procedure.
Dr. Shon enjoys the peaceful mountain views and feels that the friendly people of the community provide a happy and tranquil atmosphere. Dr. Shon's focus has always been comprehensive "gentle dental" care for the entire family. His personal quest is to ease the pain and fear many patients may experience. Dr. Shon and her staff take pride in helping fearful patients of all ages to overcome a bad experience. He believes dentistry has evolved over the years so that no one should have to go through what others did in the past, especially children.
Dr. Shon is married with two children and especially enjoys family leisure time and golf. Dr. Shon's mission is simple: "I want to provide the highest quality dental care in a comfortable and friendly environment and have every patient leave with a smile they can be proud of."
